Robert started with odd jobs for residential and commercial projects while Crystal ran the office. Because of their growing success, they soon began managing larger projects. From his grandfather and other colleagues, Robert knew that success is all about building customer relationships.
Robert adds, “Most of my clients from Seattle or Vancouver now have second and third homes in Southern California. They might make a few trips here to see the progress, but we streamline the process. Most of them don’t even need to come down here because I’ve earned their unqualified trust.”
He says, “We make sure that our customers are treated like royalty. We go the extra mile to make sure they’re happy. That’s why we get a lot of repeat business and customer referrals from our clients.”

Robert Deville is Co-Owner and Lead Estimator for Premier Construction and has worked in the construction/remodeling industry for over 20 years in part because he enjoys the opportunity to bring client’s ideas to life. Combining years of experience and the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, architects, and designers – Robert prides himself on his ability to build anything his clients and his team can dream up.
Premier Construction is dedicated to client satisfaction: this includes communication throughout the project, guidance on decisions both big and small, and the deliver of a final product that both the client and the Premier Construction team are proud of. At Premier Construction, the vision and ideas of the client are what drives the work that our outstanding team produces.
Crystal Deville

Crystal Deville is Co-Owner and the Office Manager for Premier Construction. She has worked in the construction and remodeling industry for 11 years now. Before starting Premier Construction, Crystal worked as an advertising/marketing manager for a leading real estate company where she learned the art of seeing properties from all angles – the client’s perspective, the resale perspective, and the design perspective.
Crystal and Robert saw a huge need in the Coachella Valley to service clients who may not be local to the desert, but need a passionate and talented team of professionals to turn their vision into a reality. Premier Construction prides themselves on their team’s combined years of experience and expertise paired with the unparalleled support and guidance they provide for their clients.
