Robert started with odd jobs for residential and commercial projects while Crystal ran the office. Because of their growing success, they soon began managing larger projects. From his grandfather and other colleagues, Robert knew that success is all about building customer relationships.
Robert adds, “Most of my clients from Seattle or Vancouver now have second and third homes in Southern California. They might make a few trips here to see the progress, but we streamline the process. Most of them don’t even need to come down here because I’ve earned their unqualified trust.”
