A minimalist and modern desert style home beautifully blends space, style and function.
This striking home on Caliente Dr. is proof that minimalist does not mean simple, boring, or “without substance”. This striking remodel is the perfect amalgamation of modern and daring – paying homage to the stunning Palm Springs landscape, beckoning in as much natural light and mountain view sunsets as the skies will allow.
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom stunner was built in the 90s and was in need of a refresh. Together with Interior Designer Joshua Smith, the Premier Construction crew breathed life into this masterpiece.
There was a substantial change to each room of this home: new cabinetry throughout, new flooring, showers, sinks, laundry room….the list goes on and on. We reconfigured the kitchen and master bath layouts to best suit the needs of our clients, installing high-end countertops and specially selected tile variations throughout. This was one of those projects that provide an environment for creativity and collaboration which makes what we do that much more rewarding. We were pleased to provide a final product our clients will enjoy for years to come.
