A stellar transformation of classic desert style home to an elegant blend of creative form and function.
This complete home remodel is an extraordinary, high-end tennis estate in which we had the honor of remodeling. An expansive Rancho Mirage delight located in Mission Ranch offers 8 bedrooms, 8.25 bathroom, approximately 8,353 square feet and sits on over 1 acres of beautiful grounds with breathtaking views. This home was designed by the renowned Holden & Johnson Architects and boasts a grand entrance and inviting layout as well as an outdoor entertaining area that offers all of the elegance and benefits our beautiful desert lifestyle has to offer.
We assisted these clients with bringing areas of their home up-to-date to meet their desires and goals, including travertine flooring, updated bathrooms, and enclosing an atrium within the main residence. In addition, we made updates to the detached casita, creating a resort-like environment for their guests. This project was easily one of our most creative palettes to work with, the design and personal taste of our clients was bright, fun and flirty. It was a great pleasure to bring our client’s design to life.
