This complete home remodel is located at the Toscana Country Club in Rancho Mirage, and is designed as a Phase 1 and Phase 2 project, currently with Phase 1 complete. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is 3,715 square feet. Phase 1 included a newly updated kitchen and bar complete with new cabinetry and countertops. We added all new landscaping and designed, built and installed an exterior fire pit to accent the existing south facing pool/spa and outdoor living space. The exterior travertine flooring was extended to create a combined patio space between indoors and outdoors.
